Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Freshly Baked Order Policy

All our cakes, pastries, and desserts are perishable and baked specifically for your chosen date and pickup/delivery time slot. Orders require advance lead time as indicated on product pages.

2. Pickup & Delivery

Customers choosing Store Pickup agree to collect their order during operating hours on their scheduled date. For local delivery, please ensure someone is present at the designated delivery address to receive refrigerated and delicate items.

3. Cancellations & Modifications

Due to the perishable nature of handcrafted baking, cancellations or date changes must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to scheduled fulfillment for standard menu items, and 48 hours for custom cake commissions.

4. Allergen Notice

Our kitchen handles dairy, wheat, eggs, tree nuts, and peanuts. While strict sanitation is observed, cross-contact is always possible. Please note any dietary allergies in your order notes.
